Bolan Smart Associates, Incorporated (BSA or Bolan Smart) is a Washington, DC based full service real estate consulting firm. The firm has been in business for over twenty-five years, beginning in 1985 as Leggat McCall Advisors. In 1990, the firm changed its name to Bolan Smart Associates, Inc., to reflect its revised ownership. Bolan Smart is a small, independently owned business incorporated and located in District of Columbia. The firm is certified by the Government of the District of Columbia’s Local Business Opportunity Commission as a local and small business enterprise.
